rain

It has been raining constantly and that is not good at all... Though I must admit I still get at  least one walk a day... But the problem is that it makes me stinky... I had a bath on Monday and it is only Wednesday and I stink already! Joy had to use 6 wipes to clean me up this morning... Not a good look at all...

Oh by the way, "grandma" got me a new treat yesterday and it is so so so yummy.... I love eating them... but it is a treat hence I can't get them all the time...

cupcakes vs muffins

Well as you can see... I have a passion for all things food related... 

I had a huge feat of snacks yesterday- let me see if I can remember all the things I ate... For starters there is the usual morning dose of mangoes, then there were some small weird fried fish (I stole some more off the table- hehe), I tried some carrot and celery but let me tell you they smell weird and taste yucky! Oh and there was a special treat of apples at night after my biscuits... Oh of course there has to be marks and spencer orange cranberry cookies too rite... So you can see I have been experimenting quite a bit...

Now for some education... 

Cupcakes are nice soft and spongy... They are on my all time favorite list of sweet things... Except when people are mean and horrible and eat them without sharing them with me- like today... Chocolate cupcakes are not good for me so they say but I want some...

Muffins are harder and more dense... But hey beggers can't be choosers and if I get some I am happy... But think that muffins weigh a ton and are heavy on my tum tum... So they come in second on my list...

I wonder what is next???

I am back in action...

Well what can I say??? The whole family is back with me... I was so excited that I jumped up and down this afternoon when the door opened... Joy came through the door with her bags and bags of things... She quickly pulled out the present for me.... I like it a lot.... It made a funny sqeaky noise too... So now I have something new to chew on and toss around... but you do notice that my passion still lies in socks....

I will not be blogging after this weekend as Joy just told me that I am going to go back home... She is going to be away from monday till I don't know when... So it will be quite from me...

weird day

I went for my spa today instead of tomorrow- think Joy is busy and unable to take me there... But I am not complaining as the nice lady was happy to see me... I got my walk before going... Of course I smell nice after the bath too...

I am very sociable and rather inquisitive... Any little noise and I would explore.. isn't that what I am suppose to do? Oh and little girl gave me a big pat this morning... Have I told you about little girl? She comes past my place every morning on her way to school... She calls me "dog dog" and gives me a big wave... But today she gave me a pat! I was so happy and excited... She used to be really friendly but some bad bad dogs barked at her and she got scared of dogs... So see I am good for everybody and everybody warms up to me...

I had a weird experience today- some weird big dog decided to be friendly and started to smell my butt! She is a girl dog and is much taller than me... I was so shocked that I just stood still while she did that! Think my girl friend is better as we touch noses and wag our tails... But at least the big dog did not bark at me!

Right... I am off to bed now... It is hot and nobody has the air- con on yet...

This hot weather has made everybody in the house extra nice to me... They all worry that I would over heat... So I get ice cold water to drink and the air con comfort for most of the day... In fact Joy leaves a crack in the door of her bedroom open so that I can push it open when I want to cool down at night.... Told you she was a nice pet... But I must say her room is so messy that I can't really walk around at the moment... I wonder how she does it...

So you see... a little patience goes a long way in getting things done my way! Ha Ha Ha...

stupid weather

Okay I did not get my walk this morning... It was pouring with rain... I am not going to go out there in the rain to get wet and stinky... But the downside to that is that I have to hold everything in... Well not everything but you get the idea...

Then it was stinkly hot this afternoon... I shall have to thank whoever invented the thing called ice cubes... They are a life saver in this weather... keeps me cool... Was told that because of my size and level of physical activity, I have to watch my liquid intake and keep it up... Don't want to suffer from heat stroke! No thanks!

Anyway, I enjoy the small comforts of the air conditioning now a days... Am wondering how I am able to engineer it such that I will sleep in Joy's room in the air con comfort... Any suggestions???
